IT ALL STARTED WITH SIX DOGS

The story behind D&M Spettacular

My name is Marlene, and D&M Spettacular was born from something that has been part of my life since I was a little girl: my love for dogs.

My mom taught me that dogs are family — to love them, care for them, and always make them feel safe. That love stayed with me throughout my life, and eventually, my own family grew into a pack of six: two German Shepherds, Coco, Luna, Mia, and Gus. ❤️🐾

Inspired by Personal Devotion

With six dogs, I quickly realized how difficult it was to find a place where they could all stay together, feel comfortable, and be truly cared for while I was away. I didn’t want a kennel. I wanted something that felt more like home — with space to play, room to relax, and people who genuinely love dogs. ❤️🐾

That idea started in my own backyard, where I began caring for dogs as a pet sitter. My little guests played with my dogs, slept in our beds, and sometimes didn’t even want to go home!

That’s when I met Tati, an amazing groomer who, over time, became a great friend. We quickly discovered that we shared something very special: an unconditional love for dogs. Her little Honey stole my heart from the very beginning and became Coco’s best friend. With Tati, I found someone I could truly trust, knowing my six pups were in the best hands, surrounded by love and care. ❤️🐾

From that friendship, that need, and a dream that started in my own backyard, D&M Spettacular Luxury Pet Hotel & Country Resort was born

We created D&M for all those dog parents who, just like me, want to travel with peace of mind, knowing their pups are happy, safe, and surrounded by love.
